Join us for an illuminating documentary screening that reimagines the high school experience. "The First Class" takes you inside Crosstown High in Memphis, Tennessee, where students and teachers are active architects of their educational community. This 90-minute film offers an intimate portrait of how one school is revolutionizing secondary education, told through the eyes of its students, families, and educators.
The screening will be followed by a thoughtful discussion on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 6:00 pm in Spring Valley Building Room 602. Light refreshments will be provided.
