Join us for a free virtual open house on American University's MEd in Education Policy and Leadership, offered online and on campus, featuring our program director, Dr. Jennifer Steele.
Schools and education organizations need professionals who can turn evidence into action and lead lasting change. Jennifer is a former K-12 teacher and RAND policy researcher whose current work examines how AI is reshaping jobs and skills. She'll share her vision for the program: what students learn, who they learn it from, and where our graduates go. 93% of our recent graduates are employed or in graduate school, working on Capitol Hill, at think tanks, and in state education offices and school districts.
Our admissions team will also walk you through the Fall 2027 application process and key deadlines, and you'll have plenty of time for questions. Have one for Jennifer? Share it below, and we'll do our best to bring it into the conversation.
Attend, and you may be eligible to have your application fee waived. We hope to see you there!
Once you register, a link to join will be sent to your email. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
